Cancellation Policy

Clients should provide as much notice as possible if a cleaning service needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Late cancellations may incur a fee where staff, time, or materials have already been allocated. We will always try to accommodate schedule changes where practical. Ongoing service agreements may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
